Wedding and more
So this past weekend I went to a friends wedding and managed to get some pictures and photoshop them to make them so much better than the origional. It's been really good to have a program that I can use to fix problems in my pictures and take things out or put things into them. Here are some of the good ones.

a bit slow lately
Well, I have been a bit slow with posting any new images, mostely because I have none haha. I have been so busey that I have had no time to really put any focus in my pictures. Though I did manage to buy a photoshop program which I have been enjoying learning my way around (cheap, so not best quality but does the job for now) Here is a pict that I created from the program. As well, I have been checking up on our local photographer's websight to see his 30 days of images. Jordan Nielsen decided to do a 30 day project of taking a picture and putting it up on his blog for a month. So far he has missed 2 or 3 days...I think. But it's really cool to see what he has done. His websight is http://blog.jordannielsen.com/ . Check it out!

New camera and New shots
Well guys, I was able to scrape a bit of money together and buy a new camera. I decided to buy a Canon 40D. Yes yes I know, why a canon. I decided that if I had to start from scratch, I'd change everything up, including the camera brand. I really didnt have money to upgrade my nikon to the D300, and the D90 was to close to my D80. So I went a whole different direction. Buying a canon has enabled me to find more help what with my mentor being a canon freak, and a friend also owning a canon 5D. He is pretty high up in his photography and helped me get a great shot of the moon. As I;ve been experimenting with my new camera, I've got a few shots that I have liked. Here they are. Oh, there's also a quick shot of me with the new camera in the mirror at the bottom. Enjoy!
